Our client is seeking to recruit 2 Telephone Business Development Managers (BDM’s) to join their team and be responsible for developing, and further enhancing, relationships with mortgage intermediaries. You will work alongside a field based BDM team ensuring that intermediaries and clients receive top level support whilst identifying new opportunities to grow and enhance the client base.
Candidates need to have proven experience within a sales or business development role, ideally within mortgages, financial services or the technology / software sector. Experience in using or selling a CRM would be advantageous but not essential. Proven negotiation and persuasion skills as well as a customer centric approach is essential.
