We are currently working with a Leading High Street Bank who are looking for a Branch Manager to join their expanding team
The Role
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading their team to deliver the store sales plan. They will set an example on how to delight the customer and deliver the highest quality experience at all touch points. This will be achieved by the BM creating a customer led culture where sales management standards/discipline/activities/best practice are focused on, with the coaching & development of store staff as the focus of the role.
You will use your previous leadership experience to motivate your team to achieve sales and service results, in the most cost-effective way. You will model the Group’s values, provide direction and focus to your team, make sure people get necessary development and provide constructive feedback on performance issues as appropriate. Additionally your track record should demonstrate an ability to get results using constructive management practices.

In return this position is looking to offer a salary of £25,000 - £36,000 with and excellent benefits package
