We are currently working on behalf of a leading Insurance and financial Services organisation who due to their continued growth are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to join their growing GI team in Huddersfield, the company are growing at a massive rate and this is an excellent opportunity to join this fast moving ambitious organisation
The Role / Responsibilities
To ensure that Business Analyst resources, processes and methods are aligned to delivering high quality business and system solutions, allowing the delivery of short and long term business plans for the GI SBU.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience within a major blue-chip company of managing large and complex projects across multiple platforms, delivering complex new system solutions, integration and migration programmes
- At least 5 years General Insurance experience across different projects and operational areas
- A strong understanding of different development methodologies and approaches and the techniques used to deploy them
- Maintenance of an up to date view of industry standards and trends and ability to demonstrate how to assess these and adapt and apply as appropriate
- ISEB qualification in Business Analysis (or working towards this)
- Superior communication skills and the ability to present summary level information that is accurate and relevant
- High level presentation skills including regular presentation at Executive level
- Demonstrate a history of creating and maintaining a team of resources which can provide a first class service
- Experience of having responsibility for modelling and managing budgets
