This is a very exciting opportunity for candidates to join one of the UK's leading fund supermarkets due to their recent and ongoing expansion plans. Our client is looking for people to provide administration support within their client services team.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking paperwork for full and accurate completion
- Inputting client set-up, transfer details and information to the system
- Submission of transfer documentation to appropriate external party
- Monitoring of transfer progress and pro-active liaison with external parties/IFAs and any other relevant contacts
- Processing of transfer confirmation documentation and post-transfer liaison with IFAs
- Handling general client / IFA enquiries
Experience:
- Previous financial service experience is required ideally with experience of Fund Administration or working for an IFA
- A good understanding of investment products, ISA/PEP/Unit Trust and SIPP/Pensions
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
