Financial Advisor

Our client is a subsidiary of one of the UK’s leading Building Societies and as a result of continued growth are presently looking to recruit several Financial Planning Managers to join their team in both Field and Office based capacities.

Responsibilities:- 

- Conduct thorough fact find meetings appropriate to customer type.
- Providing appropriate financial advice based on accurately assessed client goals, aspirations, issues and concerns.
- Clearly present recommendations both on individual and group level, demonstrating how products recommended meet needs and circumstances.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients by reviewing their needs and providing appropriate ongoing advice
- Provide feedback to staff introducing leads and providing coaching and assistance to improve the quality of introductions and the identification of opportunities.

Experience:- 

- Minimum of FPC 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent.
- Role holder will have sales and service experience, supported by an excellent knowledge of investment planning products and associated regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Bank and Group products and services, and good understanding of particular segment marketing strategy.
- Ideally progression towards achieving Advanced FPC

In return our client is looking to offer an excellent package including a basic of 26-32k and a realistic OTE of circa £60k.
