We are currently working with one of the largest banks and providers of mortgages and investments in the UK. At present we are recuiting for Financial Planning / Customer Relationship Managers accross the UK to pro-actively develop and build financial planning solutions to meet customer needs and grow long term relationships.
Responsibilities:-
- Optimises customer potential and embraces One on One in supporting cross channel working by delivering a consistent, seamless customer experience.
Client relationship management, providing excellent service through building and maintaining long term relationships.
- Provides service and advice to clients other than own 'primary’ clients, enabling the client needs to be met.
- Effectively tracks sales/funds invested to determine pipeline business and forecast future activity levels to meet sales targets.
Experience:-
- Candidates need to be Fully FPC / CeFA Qualified.
- IMC/AFPC is desirable however candidates must be prepared to study for relevant/equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of a range of products including mortgages, pensions, general insurance and investments etc.
- Knowledge of investment environment e.g. tax implications of mix of wealth investments.
- Proven track record in achieving sales.
