As a result of continued expansion our client, one of the UK's leading outsourcing organisations, are currently looking for several individuals to join their Investment Complaints team.
Candidates need to have previous experience in assessing complaints, drafting decision letters and calculating redress in relation to a range of investment products including pensions, investment bonds, structured products, shares and endownments. Previous experience of working with FSCS or FOS would be preferable.
