The Company is looking for self-confident and articulate legal sales Consultants to work in the Midlands area.The role entails Consultants to attend pre-booked (and confirmed) appointments in Client’s homes to take the instruction for a Last Will & Testament and provide advice and information in regards to Probate processes, Property issues and the associated Legal ramifications of drafting a Will.
In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate will be required to present additional products and services to the Client in regards to their Will(s) and to make sure all issues and queries are covered.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, approachable with good attention to detail. Due to the nature of the service, our Consultants need to be professional at all times and able to clear a CRB check. The Company aims to provide the best service possible for every Client and to make sure that Peace of Mind is always attained.
Although this is a self employed, commission only position, we do provide an extremely generous commission structure in addition to qualified appointments where our basic product has already been sold on the telephone. This means that you earn money for just attending the appointment and taking the instruction. The bulk of earnings, however, will come from selling our additional services.
On average our consultants earn between £3,000 - £6,500 pm.
Potential candidates will require their own and carry a full driving licence
