Our client, a leading life and pensions software solutions company, currently requires a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their growing team providing consultancy in respect of product and payroll implementations from initial feasibility study through to full client implementation.
You will be responsible for reviewing client IT / Business requirements in respect of pension schemes, payroll or life and savings products and recommend how best they can be supported. Review and understand processes and procedures, map these to products and identify possible system enhancements. Support client user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop and deliver ongoing training.
Candidates need to have a working knowledge of PAYE, experience of interpreting HMRC regulations (in particular regarding EDI and XML messages) and have experience of payroll migrations. Ideally have experience in managing IT projects in an analysis or user implementation role. Candidates need to be well educated, ideally to degree level. Experience of SQL and data interrogation methods is preferable as is experience of working with a life and pensions administration software.
