Our client, a specialist provider of services to clients operating within the financial services arena, is seeking an experienced Quality Consultant to join their growing and successful division servicing undertake management consulting projects and initiatives across various business sites.
The company has a well established name in the market and a considerable number of clients already working with them. You will be responsible for utilising specialist knowledge to review client’s past and current activities and practices identifying areas of risk and exposure potentially leading to remediation requirements. Develop client relationships to build trust with senior members of client organisations.
Experience:
- Relevant experience of consulting and client relationship management within a financial services environment, preferably with direct experience of customer service / operations functions
- Strong lending and banking knowledge – the ability to interpret complicated legislation for communication at all levels.
- Educated to degree level preferred.
