An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful Recruitment Consultant to join an expanding and specialist recruitment consultancy based in Ipswich. The company specialise in placing permanent candidates in a senior and specialist capacity within the financial service, banking, pension and insurance sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven recruitment background developing client relationships in a challenging environment, and ideally be able to demonstrate experience of recruiting for candidates within our specialist markets. Candidates need to be self-confident as well as having a proactive and lively personality.
The company offers a strong support structure and leading technology freeing you up to do what you are good at - developing business and making money. As well as developing new clients, candidates will have access to existing clients enabling almost immediate income.
In return candidates can expect to recieve a basic of up to £25k (depending on experience) as well as an uncapped OTE.
