Sales Development Coach - Sales Trainer Colchester Area
Our client is looking for an experienced Training Officer to join their sales team to provide a quality, professional sales training service that makes a demonstrable contribution to the achievement of the company's targets.
Key responsibilities to include:
• Conducting induction training for new recruits using a variety of training methodologies
• Work with Team Leaders to identify areas for development within the sales teams and then provide the necessary coaching
• Delivery of all sales training, influencing the sales style and approach throughout the business. Areas covered will include telephone sales, objection handling, negotiation skills and closing etc
• Ongoing regular coaching sessions to ensure the success and retention of training delivered.
Key Requirements:
• A proven track record in delivering solutions driven sales training in a B2B environment.
• Previous record of successfully delivering training in a variety of formats, including online.
• Ability to motivate, develop and inspire.
