Our client, a leading UK mortgage and secured loan intermediary, currently requires a Secured Loan / Commercial Mortgage Underwriter to join their growing and extremely busy team.
Responsibilities:
• Follow case progress through the complete process to legal completion and beyond
• Act as contact for clients, lenders and conveyancers with any queries on a particular case
• Liaise with Consultants, appraising them of the progress of specific cases and seeking to resolve any queries arising
• Build and maintain effective relationships with all new and existing clients
Experience:
• Previous Secured Loan, Bridging or Commercial Mortgage Underwriting / Administration experience within a broker, packager or lender.
• Able to work in a busy environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ideally candidates will be CeMAP qualified although this is not essential.
