At present we are working with two of the UK’s most respected providers of independent financial advice who currently have a vacancy’s for a Self Employed Financial Advisors to join their growing teams nationwide

Candidate profile:

Candidates will need to be successful IFA individuals or successful Bancassurer sales staff. The latter can offer structures and disciplined sales performance, which in such an environment can be hugely advantageous. Prime requirements are as follows: Evidence of sustained success, Confidence, Positive and motivated, Hungry to progress their business, Experience in the medical arena can be an advantage, People with existing Professional Introducers, Must have CAS status, and Evidence of AFPC study preferred

Package (clients offers 2 packages, 1 self employed and other commission only):

• Lead Generation available in some offices – if needed, highlight on CV
• Salary 33% of last years API (Negotiable)
• Car Allowance, Phone, Expenses and PHI
• Commission Rates – 45% to 80% depending on volume of business
• Self Employed Package – 45% to 60% e.g. £120,000 = 51%
• Both Packages include ‘Up Front Money’ to get established which is repayable through commission
