We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, caring, creative and energetic people for several vacant posts for a Residential Home in the Hadleigh area who provide a range of services for children, young people and young adults whom have learning disabilities, complex behavioural
challenges and may also have additional health needs.
The vacancies are for: Senior Positions (NCQ Level 3 is a requirement) and Support Workers (no training essential as will be given but must have a great attitude towards the role)

Shifts generally operate on the following schedule, although can sometimes need to be flexible to suit activities.
Am - 7 am to 2.30 p.m.
Pm - 1.30 pm to 9 pm
Nights - 12 hours (enhancement paid for nights)
Sleepins approx 1 a week incur additional payment; usually from 4pm to 11pm, sleepin then from 7 am to 12 pm/end at 7am dependent on home
These shifts cannot be accessed from Colchester or Ipswich therefore own transport is essential.
Training is given in all areas required by Governing Bodies and areas specific to the needs of Service users
A fully enhanced CRB check will be carried out on all successful applicants
