Our client, one of the UK's leading mortgage providers to the new homes market, is seeking experienced telesales people to join a growing Helpline team at their office in Colchester.
The role will require you to generate new business by contacting customers and securing appointments for the firm's mortgage advisers, so strong rapport-building skills and a pro-active approach are essential. CeMAP qualification preferred but not essential.
The contact centre is an essential part of the business, providing the first line of contact for customers and ensuring the best experience possible throughout the transaction. Further opportunities exist for top performers with internal promotion providing excellent career prospects.

Hours of work are based around a rotating shift pattern and a 35 hour working week. Business lines are open 7 days a week between the following hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 7.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00 am - 7.00pm.
