Our client is a leading and award winning employee benefits organisation. As a result of continued expansion they are looking to strengthen their team by appointing an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant / Associate Pensions Consultant focussed on supporting more senior consultants with maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing corporate clients focussed on pensions but also including healthcare and group risk. Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining their own portfolio of clients.
With a track record of managing or administering employee benefit appointments in the SME / Corporate sector, the ideal candidate will be experienced in all areas of corporate DC pensions, risk and flex benefits. Candidates will ideally be DipPFS / Level 4 / Diploma qualified, although this is not essential. You will have a proven track record of managing relationships within either a corporate IFA, Consultancy or product provider and have the ability to deal with clients of varying size.
