We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading specialist insurance company seeking to add to their customer service and underwriting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to either commence their career within the insurance sector, or perhaps to advance further within the market.
Candidates will be responsible for the administration, renewal and ongoing servicing of client policies. This will involve dealing with cancellations, renewals, retention of the policies and all associated administration alongside this whilst providing a high level of customer service and first class service to clients.
You will ideally come from an insurance background, although our client will consider candidates from outside of the industry. You must have demonstrable administration and / or customer service experience and be confident in dealing with clients both over the phone and in writing.
