As a result of continued expansion we are pleased to be representing a leading professional services organisation seeking an IT Support Technician to add to their growing team.
Candidates will be responsible for leading and developing IT support services whilst demonstrating exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be accountable for day to day support within a structured service framework, providing end-user support to diagnose and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network whilst also performing daily and weekly system maintenance checks to ensure the smooth running of the IT infrastructure.
You will have help support in various projects including migrations, office moves, and relocations to ensure seamless IT operations.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar IT Support role preferably a professional service provider
- Solid technical knowledge across various domains, including software development, systems architecture, database management, and integration technologies.
- Experience in supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint / OneDrive, and Azure Networking & Compute.
- Ideally candidates will be certified with MSCA Office 365, Azure or Microsoft MCSE
