We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our clients team and be first point of contact for their customers. The role incorporates a range of administrative and telephony based support to clients. The successful candidate will be supporting the team to book in jobs, answer customer queries both via the phone and email and manage the engineer’s diaries.

Our client is seeking someone with a good level of IT knowledge who can adapt to using various software on a daily basis. You will need to have the ability to prioritise workloads and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients both verbally and in writing.
