Our client, a rapidly expanding employee benefits organisation specialising within the SME and corporate healthcare / PMI / group risk market, currently requires a Employee Benefits Consultant / Account Manager to join their growing team.
Candidates will be responsible for the day to day servicing, renewal and growth of nominated clients with PMI policies. This will include meetings with clients and insurers as appropriate. Candidates will also ideally support more senior consultants with managing large corporate clients and identifying opportunities for the broader business.
Candidates need to ideally come from an employee benefits or insurance background and have specific experience within the PMI / protection market. Someone who has strong communication skills and is focussed on providing a first class service to clients is key. Professional qualifications are preferred but not essential.
