We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading insurance and employee benefit consulting firms who are seeking to add to their reward and benefit consulting team as a result of continued growth.

The primarily focus of the role will be to own and drive the strategic delivery of all Reward, Benefits, Pension and Wellbeing activity within the business as well as identifying opportunities to enhance our clients existing benefit proposition. You will ensure the business remains compliance with applicable pension and benefits legislation and be responsible for the management of all current and legacy pension arrangements. Candidates will also have line management responsibility.

Candidates need to ideally have multiple years experience working in a Reward / Benefits either in-house, or from a consultancy background with broad exposure to include benchmarking, job levelling etc. HR and reward systems experience is essential as is highly developed MS Office (Excel in particular) skills.
