Associate Employee Benefits Consultant

Our client, a reputable global employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant to their growing corporate pensions team.

Candidates will be responsible for supporting Consultants in the management of a portfolio of existing corporate clients. You will help prepare reports and provide advice and support to clients ongoing whilst also liaising with providers to conduct market reviews etc. You will arrange and attend meetings with clients as well as responding to ongoing client queries regarding their schemes.

Candidates will ideally have experience in dealing with clients corporate pension schemes as well as experience with the delivery of automatic enrolment solutions, Group Healthcare, Group Risk and Group flexible benefit schemes. You will be a team player and a strong communicator with effective client management skills. Ideally candidates will hold, or be working towards, professional qualifications such as the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) as well as being educated to degree level, although this is not essential.

In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary depending on experience as well as an excellent company benefits package.
