Compliance Consultant

Our client, one of the UK’s leading financial services intermediary, currently requires a Compliance Consultant to support their members (IFA’s / Mortgage Brokers) from a compliance perspective ensuring that FCA regulations and standards are complied with / met.

You will be responsible for answering queries from members both over the phone and via email, researching and investigating queries to ensure robust, prompt and accurate answers. You will assist with training and development of Advisors and Consultants as well as assisting firms with general authorisation and agency processes.

Candidates need to have compliance experience within a financial services environment. You will be experienced in a range of products including taxation and trusts. Candidates need to be Fully FPC, CeFA, or CF qualified and ideally be progressing towards or of achieved Diploma / Level 4 Status. You will have experience in reviewing and providing feedback in relation to disclosure documents, financial promotions and stationery.
