Employed Mortgage Adviser Bedford

A National Financial Services company require top performing mortgage brokers / advisers in the Luton / Bedford area.

The company employs nearly 2,000 people in many diverse areas and offers leading technology, supplied leads, ongoing training and great salary expectations.

You will be an office based mortgage adviser, required to generate revenue through the sale of a range of mortgage & protection products and ancillary services. Be able to coach & motivate all team members in respect of identifying and maximising financial services business opportunities. Achieve agreed business targets through maximising on all mortgage and related products and services opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS -

At least 12 months (recent) Mortgage Sales Experience (Ideally 2-3 years)
Qualified to full CeMAP or equivalent
Registered Mortgage Adviser (RMA) Status achieved
Achieving Sales Target
Good Protection conversion rate
Good written levels of mortgages and protection

PACKAGE -

Basic Salary £20K - £24K dependent on experience

Realistic OTE £40K - £50K

Car allowance or company car

Mileage Allowance.

Excellent Commission Structure
