Head of Governance

We are pleased to be representing a leading wealth management and employee benefits organisation who are seeking to recruit a Head of Governance to join their expanding compliance and risk team.

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the business in relation to governance, risk management and data protection.  You will oversee the management of the Risk and Audit committee and provide regulatory advice ad guidance on Data Protection requirements.

Candidates need to be educated to degree level with recognised and relevant professional qualifications. You will have an excellent understanding of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related legislation. Extensive knowledge of operational frameworks, corporate governance and commercial risk is essential.  Candidates ideally need to have experience of operating within the wealth management or employee benefits market, although our client will consider broader financial services.
