HR Advisor

Due to the continuing expansion of our client, we are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR team providing a first class support service to the Head of HR and to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to and administered accurately across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and seeking the opportunity to progress their HR career within a rapidly growing business.

Candidates will be responsible for a range of duties including transactional HR activities (such as contracts, offer letters, absence and exit administration etc), performance reviews, salary reviews, grievance and disciplinary procedures, auto-enrolment / payroll duties etc.  You will also have exposure to a range of projects such as merger & acquisitions, benchmarking reviews etc.

We are looking for someone who ideally has demonstrable HR experience and the ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational and communication skills. Ideally candidates will be part CIPD qualified and have experience of working within a financial services, insurance or professional services sector.  Discretion, accuracy, attention to detail, understanding of the importance of confidentiality are all key traits my client is seeking.
