IT Service Desk Technician

As a result of continued expansion we are pleased to be representing a leading Bristol employer seeking a IT Service Desk Technician to add to their growing team.

Candidates will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of our client’s internal infrastructure and systems whilst providing general IT support to staff. You will diagnose and rectify technical problems and queries and where possible resolve as first-time fix.

It is essential that candidates have a good overall knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft Applications such as Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows. It would be advantageous to have programming skills such as Visual Basic, VBA, C#, SQL etc and also be educated to degree level, but this is not essential.
