IT Service Manager

We are pleased to be working on behalf an expanding global insurance organisation who currently looking for an IT Service Manager to manage the day to day service delivery of our clients IT services.

The IT Service Manager will own the operational and foremost tactical service management relationship across all service lines (applications and Infrastructure) and the providers.  You will be responsible for a range of activity across change management, implementing new technologies, managing multiple priorities and having budgetary control.

Key Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (Bachelors) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related.
  • Experience of working in the insurance sector is of preference.
  • Demonstrable experinece at a senior IT service management level for a company with highly diversified outsourced development and operations – for both applications and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience of performance management of third party vendors, with a proven track record of using concrete KPIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT solutions and technologies.
  • Strong leader with skills to drive high performance in team members.
