Private Client Administrator

Our client is a well established and successful Employee Benefit / Private Client IFA. Due to sustained growth our client is looking to recruit an experienced and competent Private Client Administrator to join their growing Private Client team.

Responsibilities:

- Providing an administration service to existing private clients

- Undertake client valuations and prepare information ahead of client reviews

- Liaising with insurers / providers for new business quotations

- Handling technical client queries

Candidates need to have experience of working within private client administration / IFA administration. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience of using Adviser Office / First / Avelo would be a distinct advantage.
