T&C Consultant / Development Consultant

Our client, one of the UK’s leading and largest firms of regulated financial planners, currently requires a Regional Development Consultant to join their growing T&C / Compliance team.

Candidates will be responsible for coaching, training an developing our clients team of Financial Advisors / IFA’s to ensure clients receive an outstanding and compliant service. You will also undertake induction training for new Advisors joining the business and conduct observations and assessments of individual Advisor’s needs as part of an ongoing L&D plan.

You will come from a training and development / field supervisory / T&C / broader compliance background and have strong technical knowledge of the financial planning arena. You will hold appropriate financial services qualification and ideally have previous experience within a regulatory role, although this is not essential. Candidates need to have strong organisational, coaching and people management skills and a desire to undertake continuous learning.
